Sports - Flamingo
At Flamingo we offer a wide selection of different group sport lessons – hydrospinning, water exercise and yoga.
Currently the reservation is only available in Finnish, so if you need any help, please contact our customer service.
Group lessons at the Flamingo
Enjoy the joy of exercise in the warm waters of the Waterpark. Currently all courses are held in Finnish and also the booking is only available in Finnish language.
Hydrospinning
Hydrospinning is a indoor cycling class format that takes place in a pool. Attendees get on stationary bikes that are submerged in the water and they’re required to pedal against the resistance of the water.
Water-based training sessions have proven to be effective for many types of exercisers, particularly those with limited mobility or recovering from injury.
The lesson lasts for 35 minutes. Book your spot in advance from our web shop.
Guided water exercise
Tuesdays from 10:30-11:05 – included in the ticket price. This gentle form of exercise is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. There is no need to make a separate reservation for the class.
The training takes place in the Waterpark, at the end of the Sports Pool, where the water depth is 1.3 meters.
Please notice that guidance is not organized during school holidays, e.g. weeks 1, 8-9, 42-43 and 52 or on public holidays.
Yoga classes
MySense by Flamingo Spa yoga classes support your overall well-being. Give your body the gentle movement it needs.´We organize yoga classes almost every day of the week.
The classes are suitable for all levels of yogis. Please let the instructor know in advance if you have any special concerns regarding your practice.
You can participate in yoga for a single one-time fee or for a cheaper price with a yoga card.
Swim Lessons at Flamingo Spa & Waterpark
Learning to swim at Flamingo Spa & Waterpark is enjoyable and comfortable, as both the water and the air are always +32°C.
We offer swim schools for both children and adults. All group swim lessons are taught in Finnish.
If you need instruction in English, private lessons are the best option. Please ask our swim school instructor for more information.
