Terms of order and cancellation policy

Flamingospa Oy (2029086-9) sells e.g. admission tickets, series or monthly tickets, sports services and gift cards at their Web Store. The prices of the products include the valid value added tax.

We reserve the right to change the prices.

When the terms of order come into effect?

The order terms are valid when the payment has done and you have received the order confirmation.

  • Order the products from the Flamingo Spa Web Store by switching from the shopping cart to the checkout view.
  • At the checkout view, fill in the information requested on the form.
  • Pay the order in next step.

When ordering, you will accept that Flamingospa Oy can use personal data to process the order in accordance with our privacy statement. Find out more about the privacy statement in finnish:

After a successful order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation, which should be kept safe for possible follow-up investigations.

Payment terms

Payment in Flamingo Spa’s Web Store is made through PayTrail Oyj’s (2122839-7) payment service. The payment methods of the payment service include e.g. payment buttons of Finnish banks (Nordea, Danske Bank, S-pankki, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki & Ålandsbanken), the most common card payments (Visa & Mastercard), mobile payment methods (Mobilepay, Pivo, Siirto & Apple pay) and Op invoice.

Please notice, that the Flamingo Spa gift card cannot be used for shopping in the online store.

Payment with employee benefits (Smartum & ePassi)

You can pay for certain products or services in Flamingo Spa’s Web Store with the employment benefit granted by the employer. The providers of these payment services are Smartum and ePassi.

The products can be found under the “työsuhde-edut” category. Please notice, that currently it is only available on the Finnish-language Web Store. You can only pay for one product or service with the employment benefit.

The “työsuhde-edut” product or service is only intended for your own personal use, and Flamingo Spa staff may ask for proof of identity when using it.

Returns, cancellations and complaints

Flamingo Spa Web Store products have a 14-day right of return from the day the customer receives the order. The right of return does not apply to gift cards, admission tickets, events or promotional products. Cases of illness are considered separately.

Force Majeure and problem situations

In force majeure situations (e.g. strike, fire, evacuation, interruption of energy supply, technical faults, maintenance measures, pandemic, etc.) Flamingospa Oy is not obliged to compensate for the lost service due to the event.

We are not responsible for problems and disruptions caused by third parties (e.g. payment service providers). We reserve the right not to deliver products or services if, for example, due to technical errors, we were able to order them at a substantially incorrect price. Flamingospa Oy has the right to cancel the order and return the amount of the order to the customer.


Sport services: Flamingo Spa’s sport services mean swimming schools, summer camps for kids and group exercise classes such as pool boxing, hydrospinning and deep water training. In sports services, separate reservation conditions of the sports services reservation system apply. You can find out more about these in finnish:

Yoga classes: It is possible to cancel or postpone a yoga class reservation at MySense by Flamingo Spa free of charge eight (8) hours before the class starts. Reservations canceled less than eight (8) hours in advance require a medical certificate. In cases of illness, cancellations must be reported immediately to our sales service: or via phone +358 20 7785 201.

Treatments: Treatments refer to the treatment services of the Flamingo Spa Adult spa treatment world and MySense by Flamingo Spa, which are booked through a separate reservation system or through our sales service. If you cannot attend the treatment on the booked day, the treatment can be postponed, as long as you cancel your booked treatment through our sales service no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment. Please reserve a place for a new treatment visit on our website or through our sales service at If the cancellation happens later, or if the booked treatment is not used and the cancellation is notified in advance, we will charge the price of the booked treatment + an invoicing surcharge of 20 €. Group reservations: Our sales service confirm all group reservations. Notification of a possible cancellation or change in the number of people must be made 14 days before the start of the event by phone +358 20 7785 201 or by e-mail All reservations made 14 days before the event cannot be canceled. The customer can change the number of people up to three business days before the event. You can find more information about cancellation conditions in the booking confirmation.
