We recommend purchasing tickets in advance from our web store.

Please remember to bring your own towel when coming to the spa. You can also purchase a towel at our reception.

Tickets to the Waterpark

Please notice, that the swimming time is four (4) hours. Children under 10 years old and children who aren’t able to swim have to have an 18 year old adult with them at all times.

Tickets to the Spa & Sauna world

The Spa & Sauna world ticket also includes access to the Waterpark. Please be prepared to prove your age at our reception, as the area is only for those aged 18 and over.

Tickets for the kids indoor playground – Funpark by Flamingo Spa

Funpark by Flamingo Spa is a jungle-themed indoor playground on the 1st floor of the Jumbo shopping center, at the end of Flamingo. Here you can climb, dance, play, and play – only your imagination is the limit!

The playtime is max. two (2) hours and the wristband is valid for one play session. Adult guardians play with children for free. Children under 1 year old play for free with a paying sibling.

Person who needs special assistance

Guests with disabilities or special needs are entitled to bring the assistant to the spa when personal assistance (A) has been granted on the EU Disability Card. Admission for the assistant is free of charge. These special prices cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

For hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to bring a wheelchair, stroller, rollator, etc., inside our facilities. This policy applies to the treatment area as well. Flamingo Spa provides two regular-sized wheelchairs for customers. Please make a reservation in advance info(at)flamingospa.fi.
