You no longer need to make a pre booking for the water park. To the Adult Spa, please make a booking before arrival if you are visiting us on friday, saturady or sunday. You can make a pre booking at our web store.

How to pre-book your visit online?

A safe Spa experience

Dear customer, we want to ensure a safe spa experience for you. We have received acknowledgment for following COVID-19 guidelines since the beginning. We have also increased sanitary measures in our facilities, removed lockers from use, provided guidelines for customers to be able to safely use our dressing and waiting areas, as well as restricted the number of people visiting at a time. It is scientifically proven that chlorinated water is an unfavorable medium for the spread of viral diseases. However, we recommend the use of face masks in our reception and dressing rooms.

This is how we ensure that you have a safe experience at the spa:

  • Flamingo Spa is the largest spa in Finland. Here you will have space to swim safely.
  • We recommend the use of face masks in our reception and dressing rooms.
  • Chlorinated water is proven to be unfavorable to the spread of viral diseases.
  • We restrict the number of customers and visits are limited to a maximum of 4 hours.
  • A reservation for the adult spa for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays must be made in advance at our webstore.
  • We have renewed the path customers take to minimize contact in our dressing and shower facilities.
  • The hygiene and sanitation of our facilities has been a priority for us since the beginnig. Both the swimming water and surcafes are sampled regularly for testing. Survaillance for hygiene has been further heightened in cooperation with our partners in sanitation due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
  • Our staff has been trained to deal with customer service in a safe manner.
  • We wish for our customers to pay particular attention to good hand hygiene. For this purpose, we have increased the number of sanitation devices in our facilities.
