How do the Water Park and Spa & Wellness differ from each other? What services are offered in the Spa area?
The Water Park has pools and water slides for people of all ages - wild water slides for those who enjoy speed and pools for relaxation. The Spa & Wellness centre is a relaxation area that is designed for adults who are over 20 years of age. The area consists of six saunas (traditional sauna, two steam saunas, bio sauna, sprucewood sauna and stone sauna), warm water pool and mineral water pool. The Spa & Wellness centre also has treatment rooms where you can enjoy different types of treatments for an additional fee. Both areas have the café-restaurant Café Maya, where you can purchase light savoury snacks, salads and bread rolls, among other things. In addition to alcohol-free drinks, Café Maya also serves beer and wine.
What is included in the Spa & Wellness entry fee?
When you purchase the Spa & Wellness entry ticket, you can use the services of the Flamingo Spa Water Park and the Spa & Wellness centre for a total of 4 hours. The entry fee includes a bath towel. Treatments can be purchased for an additional fee in the Wellness area. The treatment prices can be found from Flamingo Spa’s website under the link “Wellness”.
When do the ticket sales for the Water Park and Spa & Wellness area end?
Ticket sales end 1 hour before the closing time.
How do the electronic wristbands work?
The wristband allows you to enter through the gate one by one. The gate rotates only once with each wristband. Each wristband also entitles you to one electronic locker. The locker closes and locks via the wristband. You can also upload credit (money) to the wristband or make the wristband a payment wristband with your credit card. If you upload credit, you will get the unused credit back in cash when you leave. If you have chosen the credit function, the restaurants will ask for a signature when you purchase something, but the purchases will have not yet been debited from your credit function. If you choose the credit function, the purchases are added to the wristband and are paid later on at the cashier when you leave. Credit purchases can be paid by cash, debit card or credit card.
Can you rent swimwear, bath towels, bath robes or slippers from the Flamingo Spa?
Yes you can. The swimwear rental charge is €7. You can rent a bath towel for €5 and a bath robe for €5 if you use the Spa & Wellness services. Normally, the bath robe rental is €10. Slippers can be bought from our main reception.
Do groups need to make an advance reservation before arriving at the Water Park or Spa & Wellness area?
It is advisable for groups with over 10 people to notify us beforehand so that we can prepare the wristbands and agree on the payment method in advance. Group price (-10%, min. 10 people) requires pre-booking and joint payment.
What are the directions from the reception to the Water Park, the Spa & Wellness area or treatments?
From the reception, walk to the dressing rooms (separate for men and women). After changing your clothes, walk to and then through the shower area in order to access the Water Park. Next to the Water Park’s pool restaurant, the Spa & Wellness area has treatment rooms where you can enjoy different treatments. There is also a Wellness reception, where you must check-in before your treatment appointment, it is located in the Spa & Wellness area. Wellness therapists will come and collect you when your treatment is due to start.
How do the lockers work? Do you need coins?
The lockers are locked with electronic wristbands. Therefore, you do not need coins. You put your own items in the locker and make sure that nothing gets stuck between the door, as otherwise the locker may not work properly. You close the locker door and hold your wristband up to the reader when the light flashes. The locker is normally locked when the reader’s red light is on. For small valuable items we also have small free of charge Safe Box lockers, which are locked with normal keys.
Do men and women have separate dressing rooms?
Yes, the dressing rooms also have individual lockable dressing cubicles and free hairdryers.
Do babies need to wear a swimsuit or swimming diapers?
Babies need to wear a swimsuit and we recommend them to use swimming diapers. You can purchase Popolini swimming diapers for a price of EUR 13.50/diaper from the Flamingo Shop, which is located next to the Flamingo Spa’s main reception. The Popolini swimming diapers are washable
Can you obtain children’s swimming armbands from the Flamingo Spa?
Yes, you can borrow armbands from the Water Park’s pool area. You can also purchase armbands for a price of EUR 4/armband from the Flamingo Shop, which is located next to the Flamingo Spa’s main reception.
Where can you check the time and how much time you have spent in the pool area?
You can find clocks from the water slide tower’s Mayan temple’s doorway, from the water park’s Café Maya and from the entry points to both the women’s and men’s dressing rooms. There are also readers in the pool area, where you can check how much time you have left.
How high are the diving towers?
The diving towers are 3 and 5 metres. The diving pool is 4 metres deep. The diving towers are meant only for those who can swim.
Where can you find rubber rings for the water slides?
Underneath the Kamikaze hill and Magic Maya rubber ring water slide, as well as under the water slide tower.
Is there a cold water pool in the spa?
Unfortunately not.
Can you smoke anywhere?
Flamingo Spa is a smoke-free spa. Smoking is forbidden.
Can you buy gift vouchers from the Water Park?
Yes, all of our gift vouchers are for a specific value, which can be defined as follows:
- Entry gift voucher: The gift voucher entitles an entry to the Water Park/Spa & Wellness for one/two or more people. The total value of the gift voucher is not shown. The gift voucher’s price is the number of the entry tickets purchased.
- Set-value gift voucher: The gift voucher is for a specific value. The price of the gift voucher is the amount that you wish to put on it. The receiver may use the gift voucher for entry ticket/tickets, Wellness treatments or for purchasing Flamingo Spa Shop’s products.
- Treatment gift voucher: The gift voucher is for a specific chosen treatment and the price is not shown. The price of the gift voucher is the price of the chosen treatment.
The gift vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase and they can also be used for purchases from the Flamingo Spa Shop.

Can you pay with exercise vouchers?
Smartum’s exercise voucher (á 4 €) and culture voucher (á 5 €) and Virikeseteli (á 5 €) can also be used to pay the entry fee and water exercises including Hyrospinning.
Finnbody’s Company ticket can be used to pay the entry fee to the Waterpark or Spa & Wellness and Hydrospinning:
