Instructions and rules

With the help of the Flamingo Spa instructions and rules we would like to ensure that your visit is a pleasant and enjoyable experience for you and all of our customers.

Flamingo Spa can be accessed by those who have paid the entry fee. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the spa. Those under 4 years of age can enter the spa free of charge, when accompanied by an adult of course. The Spa & Wellness area has a minimum age limit of 20.

Children under 12 years of age and those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Water Park!

The electronic wristband allows you to walk through the gates. It also acts as a lock for your individual locker. You can use the wristband’s credit function or upload credit to it for any possible purchases to be made in the Spa area.

The dressing rooms have been divided into men’s and women’s areas. Clothes and personal items are stored in individual lockers. The locker is locked with the electronic wristband. Valuable items can be stored in separate safety boxes. The customer is responsible for his/her own items.

Men and women have separate shower and sauna areas in the water park. You must use sauna bench towels in the sauna. Before entering the pool area or Spa & Wellness area you must take a shower. You must wear a swimsuit or a bath robe in all the Spa areas, and you must have your own towel with you. Swimming shorts are suitable as men’s swimming costumes.

You must act carefully and follow the given instructions and guidance from the pool personnel when using the pools, water slides or other water facilities.

Warning for water slides users:

The user takes a conscious risk of the possibility of an accident while using the water slide or sliding down it in the wrong way.

The sliding speed is affected by the size and position of the user.

Spa & Wellness area’s pools and saunas can be used freely by those persons who have purchased a ticket for the area. Treatments can be reserved in advance or purchased on the spot.

Only the restaurant facilities of the Spa area are meant for dining. Smoking and alcohol use by those under 18 years of age is forbidden, as well as all kinds of disturbing behaviour, or being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine.

In force majeure situations (e.g. strike, fire, evacuation, energy maintenance disruptions, etc.), Flamingo Spa/Aviaspa Oy is not obliged to compensate for the lost service due to the respective situation.
